What Honda’s partial F1 'return' in 2023 means for Red Bull… and Porsche

Honda is coming back to Formula 1 - in name at least, for 2023.
It's an odd situation. This isn’t just a manufacturer that quit at the end of 2021 technically still being out of F1 but coming back in some way.
It’s all to do with the Red Bull-Porsche engine planned for 2026 - and there’s even speculation Honda could make a real comeback long-term with its own works team.
