Why reversed-grid F1 races now look inevitable for 2021

Formula 1's latest push to trial reversed-grid qualifying races on select grand prix weekends in 2020 was rejected by Mercedes, but changes coming in for 2021 will make even a small group of teams powerless to stop the new format getting through.
