The recipe for their success is quite simple: you just need to take a well-known song and adorn it with a resolutely hard sound. And that's how a metal cover becomes a hit.

Pop goes metal: this is the motto of Frog Leap, a group whose frontman is a Norwegian youtuber by the name of Leo Moracchioli. His business of covering pop songs in metal style worked so well that he had no choice but to move from the studio to the stage. Success is there: wherever Frog Leap performs, the halls are packed. The group's stopover at SUMMER BREEZ 2023 promises to be THE set not to be missed.
With Frog Leap, the SUMMER BREEZE Open Air 2023 makes the hearts of tens of thousands of metalheads beat faster. For four days, all the richness and diversity of metal are available to festival-goers. All in the unique and relaxed atmosphere of Dinkelsbühl, a small town in northwest Bavaria which has hosted the event since 2006.

When SUMMER BREEZE Open Air was created in 1997, 400 enthusiasts came to listen to ten bands in Abtsgmünd, Baden-Württemberg. Today, more than 45,000 fans come each year to the largest metal festival in southern Germany, whose fame extends beyond European borders. After celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2022, the SUMMER BREEZE continues its success story in 2023. For four days, national and international big names will bring a wave of metal to the public gathered in front of the four stages of the festival.
